PHILADELPHIA -- Regardless if he's hurt or not, Daniel Carcillo's seven-game suspension apparently starts Thursday night in Philadelphia.

The Blackhawks still aren't saying much regarding the injury status of tough guy Daniel Carcillo. But it's feared that Carcillo sustained significant damage to his left knee.
