Blackhawks trade for Brendan Morrison

OTTAWA, Ontario -- General manager Stan Bowman said he was in the market for a center, and on Friday during the All-Star break, he got one in Brendan Morrison.

The Blackhawks traded defenseman Brian Connelly, who was having a standout season with the Rockford IceHogs, to the Calgary Flames in exchange for Morrison.
