Here's some quick notes from Thursday's Hawks practice:
* John Madden (lower-body) didn't practice but Hawks coach Joel Quenneville said he expects the center to skate with the team tomorrow.
* Adam Burish (torn ACL) said he hopes to return March 7 against the Detroit Red Wings.
* Goalie Cristobal Huet said he is looking at the Hawks situation in net as a competition now between him and Antti Niemi.
