Brandon Marshall was the only Bears receiver to catch any passes Sunday against the Green Bay Packers.
But one of the team's more dependable options is expected to return Sunday in Arizona. ![]()
Barring an unforeseen setback this week, Earl Bennett is expected to play against the Cardinals, according to a league source.
Bennett has missed the last two games after suffering a concussion against the Seattle Seahawks. In that game, he scored a 12-yard touchdown.
Bennett has had a very quiet season. But, like Marshall, he's very trusted by quarterback Jay Cutler.
In five games against the Packers, Bennett has 14 catches for 163 yards.

I hope he gets back because the Bears seriously need some receivers to start performing at a high level. Of course a better offensive line would be nice as well as a pass rush that did not seem to disappear in the second half. I think we should very much root for Baltimore to beat the Giants this week. Then if the Bears can win their games, I think they will be in the play-offs, where anything can happen. I say that because i cannot see the Vikings beating both Houston and Green Bay, even if Peterson rons for his usual 150 or so yards.
