Bears WR Alshon Jeffery listed as probable for Monday

With the return of rookie Alshon Jeffery, the Bears' receiving corps will be at full strength Monday night against the San Francisco 49ers.

Jeffery is officially listed as probable on the injury list. Jeffery last played on Oct. 7, breaking his right hand against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He's missed the last four games.

Jeffery, who had 14 catches for 184 yards and two touchdowns in the first five games, fully participated in practice Friday and Saturday after rejoining his teammates earlier in the week on a limited basis.

"Alshon Jeffery has looked really good [in practice]," coach Lovie Smith said.

At 6-3 and 216 pounds, Jeffery gives Bears backup Jason Campbell another big target to go with Brandon Marshall as he takes over for Jay Cutler (concussion). Jeffery had become a key threat for Cutler, and he was definitely missed.

Campbell has been able to work with Jeffery and Marshall a lot this week.

"Campbell has had an excellent week of practice," Smith said. "Normally, it works that way when you get reps and you know that you're the guy. The rest of the crew will rally around him."

This is good news for Campbell and the Bears offense. The key tonight will be the play of Campbell, Marshall, and Jeffery, they simply have to make plays for the Bears to win, why, because rushing yards are gonna be hard to come by for. The 49ers are probably gonna come into this game with taking away the run as priority #1, there by forcing Campbell to win the game. Campbell must execute tonight with perfection, as for Marshall, Jeffery, and especially Kellen Davis, they must keep the drops to a minimum, they're probably not gonna get to many shots to score tonight, San Fran is #1 in the league in rushing, that means a lot of long drives keeping the Bears offense on the sideline, again, Chicago must score every chance they get.

On defense, just stop Gore, can't wait till tonight GO BEARS!!
