Bears officially sign Josh McCown

The Bears this morning announced the signing of quarterback Josh McCown, as the Sun-Times reported Monday.

McCown started the season finale against the Minnesota Vikings and led the Bears to a 17-13 victory.

To make room for him, the Bears released tight end Brody Eldridge.

This is HORRIBLE!! After a great game like that, they wave Pro Bowl talent like Brody Eldridge?! We need Jerry Angelo back.

Can we get the bears to give Shockey a look so we have maybe a chance at some te production?

The way cutler plays along with all the time he spends "hurt" on the bench

tells me we should try to draft a future starting qb pronto!
