The Bears continued trimming the roster down on Monday, as they announced during the afternoon practice that they had waived running back Harvey Unga.

Unga was selected in the seventh round of the 2010 Supplemental Draft by Chicago, after playing his college ball at BYU. He spent the 2010 season in injured reserve and last year on the reserve/left team list.

With the move, the roster now sits at 75..

Oh no! Not Unga. How as he even part of the team this long? When do you think they are going to cut Chris Williams? Joe how did they get you working at the blog? A die hard Steelers fan who is stuck working on a Bears blog. It's just so sad, special torture just for you. You still doing the live chat for Bears games this year? Everyone is still waiting for your world famous mango salsa that you promised. Now which brand is it? Is it Old Elpaso or Pace? Or do you get real fancy and get the stuff at the Jewel deli?
