This was a very unfortunate injury for Dvoracek, he was having a pretty good season leading all Bear defensive linemen in tackles, its to bad he had to go down. I like Dusty when he is on the field, but there in lies the problem, Dusty can't seem to keep himself on the field.
I am happy to see the Bears are going to be using rookie Marcus Harrison at the nose position, I've wanted the Bears to use Harrison at nose tackle since they drafted him. Tommie Harris & Marcus Harrison could develope into a nice combo inside for the Bears. GO BEARS!!

"Dvoracek to miss remainder of the season".... And that is a bad thing why? I must agree with Kevin (last post) when I say I like Dvoracek too. But leading the Bears lineman in tackles is not saying much.

He does possess the right attitude, the aggressiveness I like to see, and stays out of the defensesive players favorite game "How many children can you have out of wedlock......... Urlacher, Briggs, T. Harris".

But alas he will play sub par for the Bears for another year or two, Angelo will cut him and he'll go to a different team and be another Marc Columbo.

Who cares? He stinks!! As does the whole defense! This team needs overhauled!! Matt Forte is the only player, coach, anybody, worth keeping. I wonder if the home fans will start booing Orton now. He is showing his true colors. Ownership, lick your wounds and start from scratch, top to bottom!!!!!!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Boy, you guys still suck!!!! The Pack will still finish ahead of you clowns after we kick your #*& Dec.22!! I think it's time to quit blaming Babich, he's is not the one blowing coverages and missing tackles!! I guess it is easier to fire one guy then the whole defense.

I think Dusty was doing great..but if he doesn't play all 16 games next year he's done in Chicago. Anthony Adams should have been getting more PT this year anyways. I don't see our D-line being any worse off.

All season long dating back to preseason the personnel decisions made by Angelo and Smith have been seriously questionable. [1] Wide Reciever: Rideau for two consecutive years in pre-season has been the best WR but always on the practice squad, Hass is a award winning WR wwho runs precise routes, we keep a over the hill Booker cut Bradley convert and ruin the best return man in history all in the name of fixing the WR position or have a playmaker on offense. [2] Defensive Tackle: Harris is a head case Idonoje should have been left at end Harrison proved he could be a playmaker Adams is stout on the run, Adams is inactive for weeks Harrison is part-time. [3] Defensive End see DT no push in the middle DE's are easily ridden out of the play allowing runs underneath them. [4] Linebackers: what does ot take for them to understand they have a athletic freak wasting with his hand on the ground when he could become a combo DE/LB type player in Anderson, whats wrong with Urlacher extending his career going weak side and putting Williams (J) on the field that gets you faster and more unpredictable. [5] Why did you bring in a mauler like Bruenning and not play him when you have a serious need for some attitude on your O-Line [6] Kreutz is done. [7] Jones and Forte tandem sounds good as it stands Forte will be burned out at this pace by Christmas if not before. [8] The Draft (nuff said) it shows they have no personnel clue or imagination at all. Angelo and Lovie and crew need to be GONE.

Kevin I know you like this injury prone undersized DT who gets blown up at the line all the time, but he has not had a good game sense early in the season. There is now film of how he plays and teams have adjusted to him. He should not have started his last 4 games. Well 3 out of 4 anyone can play against the Rams.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Boy, you guys still suck!!!! The Pack will still finish ahead of you clowns after we kick your.......oh wait, Im sorry, this was not Creighton, it was Packerbacker [another disgruntled Bear fan, because what Packer fan would even know who Bob Babich even is or care if Bear fans boo Grossman??????,] my bad.

Creighton, its pretty easy to sit there and bash Dusty now that he is on IR, thing is, I never once heard you bash Dvoracek while he was playing, what gives?? Yes, Dusty is not an all-pro, but he isn't the worst nose tackle in the league either, not many nose tackles lead their defensive lines in tackles. I guess, its easy to kick em while their down, this must also be why you have been on the blogs a lot more than earlier in the season??? oh well GO BEARS!!

Hey, PackerSlacker, meet me outside of Soldier Field Dec.22 and I'll show you who the clown is!!!!! You are right about Babich though! Tillman wasn't in the wrong defense. Maybe him and Berrian are better friends than we all thought. How else do you let someone so wide open? We'll trade you coaches too! Lovie and his Camp Lovie gots to go!!! Nobody knows how to tackle or block anymore!!

Kevin what are you talking about. I been busting on Dusty sense April, you and me have argued over this guy before, several times. You lost your mind son. Me not rip on Dusty, you called this guy the next Mongo and I said he was an injury prone chump. I have not said anything in the last month because everyone else has. Heck I haven't even been around for a month. Nice try clown, how is your boy Williams doing?? Or did I not bust on him before the draft as well. I told you Dusty would get hurt again and he got hurt again. I TOLD you he was bad heck Biggs here has been writing about him not playing well. People all over this board have nailed Dusty, including you. Dude if I was to constantly post on how I was right about this team and how I was right about pretty much everything I said before the season started, even before the draft started it would get old real fast. Also I never said any place he was the worst NT in the league, I said he was an injury prone, undersized NT and I told you that you should not compare him to Mongo, which is what you where doing before the season started. I told you he had never seen play a whole game and you were jumping the gun. You said wait and see. Well guess what he is hurt and he did not play very well this year, if you have not read your own posts about Dusty over the last month, maybe you should go re-read them, because you have not been very nice.

Kevin your still the same guy that said Orton was the best QB in the NFL and the Same guy who said Orton had the strongets arm in the NFL. Take off your fanboy goggles and take a real look at this team.

Would you like me to repeat everything I have said about this team dating back to last year. Cause you already know it's going to be long accurate and you are going to look foolish. Sorry but I nailed this team 100 times over on this blogg and have all season and all year and all of last year. You don't like it well to bad it's not my fault I was right and you were way wrong. Sorry I haven't been here for like a month but what did you want me to do just bash them over and over again. Any regular on this board will tell you I nailed this team in the offseason and picked it for what it was. I am sorry if I am disgruntled I didn't know I was suppose to enjoy the big steaming pile of dung that is this Bears team. I know they keep serving it up and you keep asking for seconds, thanks but no thanks I am on a low dung diet.

Yeah right I have not been nailing this team and these players all year. You try and believe that if it helps you sleep. Heck ask Biggs who has been all over this team.

Creighton, sorry if I hit a cry baby nerve there guy, and you once called me sensitive?? Oh, how is my boy Chris Williams doing, just fine, he should be a starting left tackle for the Bears next season. How is your boy Rashard Mendenhall doing????? You know, the running back you wanted the Bears to draft over Matt Forte, yeah Creighton, your always right????????

By Creighton: Heck I haven't even been around for a month.
By Creighton: if you have not read your own posts about Dusty over the last month, maybe you should go re-read them, because you have not been very nice.
Hmmm, this seems like a contradiction there Creighton, you haven't been around the last month, but yet you have read my post over the last month????????????
By Creighton: Well guess what he is hurt and he did not play very well this year.
Auh...Creighton, how is leading the defensive line in tackles not playing very well???????? yeah your always right though.
Oh, by the way, I still think Kyle Orton is a pretty good QB, and still has one of the leagues stronger arms, man oh man Creighton, how did you know I said that, remember, you haven't even been around in the last month?????????????
By Creighton: I am sorry if I am disgruntled I didn't know I was suppose to enjoy the big steaming pile of dung that is the Bears team.
Of course your not Creighton, thats what being a fair weather fan is all about.
Creighton, bottom line, Im not impressed with your genius, why should I, all you do is bash the Bears, their players, and coaches, then when they have a bad day, you say, "see I told you so." Its like a weather man who calls for snow every single day, then on the one day it does snow, he says, "see I told you it was going to snow." Creighton, I told you last pre-season, and I'll tell you again, NFL SUNDAY TICKET, get it, so maybe, just maybe, you can find the perfect franchise to root for.....oh well GO BEARS!!

Kevin, why are you wasting your time dude? Which word did you not understand?

By Creighton, 12/1/08: "I have never been a fan of this particular Bears team for these simple reasons. I don't like the players and I don't like the staff and I cannot wait till they get the hook."

And you are surprised when Creighton is critical of a Bears player because he was injured during a game? He has said very clearly that he doesn't like the Bears.

You would have better luck trying to educate PackerBacker. Although he has some challenges with basic intelligence and a general lack of social graces, at least he has a current NFL team whom he likes.

MSBearsFan, I agree with you 100%, but 99.9% of the time, if you notice, Creighton always starts with me first, by bashing whatever I have to say, for the simple fact I choose to support the team, and he does not, Im just simply answering him back. I think the one major thing Creighton fails to grasp is, EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO THEIR OWN OPINION!!!!!! The sad thing is, even if Chicago does overhall the team [which I don't see happening in the near furture] Creighton would probably nit pick the hell out of the new regime, the guy just cannot be pleased. My only advise to him is, again, NFL SUNDAY TICKET, so he can choose the perfect team and follow them, otherwise he is going to be a very unhappy man for a long, long, long, time. GO BEARS!!
