McClover placed on injured reserve

| | Comments (0) | TrackBacks (0)

Linebacker Darrell McClover has been placed on inured reserve with a hamstring injury.

McClover was injured last week at Green Bay and did not play at St. Louis.

He was put down to make room for guard Terrence Metcalf.

Metcalf received a one-week roster exemption when he returned from his four-game suspension for violation of the league's policy on steroids and related substances.

McClover's season ends with 14 special teams tackles, which currently ties him for second with Corey Graham behind Garrett Wolfe's 19.
