Harris out; Hester will suit up

| 1 Comment | No TrackBacks

Tommie Harris will not see you on the field tonight, after all.

The three-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle is inactive for tonight's game after missing the entire week of practice with a left knee injury.

The good news for the Bears is Devin Hester will play.

Also, Eagles running back Brian Westbrook and wide receiver Kevin Curtis are out, along with guard Shawn Andrews and tight end L.J. Smith.

Yeah and he doesn't look to be on the field this coming week either. What's going on? His whole career he seems like he is like "Mr. Bear team guy", and now the last two weeks he goes all Ricky Williams or somebody.

I'm betting this suspension deal goes back at least a couple weeks. It seemed like that 3rd person monolog of his was aimed at the media. Looking back it probably means he and Lovie had a little talk about something else. Rehab habits maybe?

I don't like it. They got all distracted with Tillman and Vasher out last year and we saw what happened. Hopefully Lovie remembers that too.

Is everything OK at the ST? It's not like y'all to get scooped by the national media this way.
