Another O-lineman added to cuts

| No Comments | No TrackBacks

Tyler Reed, the sixth-round draft pick from 2006, has been told he will be released.

That brings to three the number of known cuts on the line and remember Chester Adams is likely headed to injured reserve or a settelement after a left knee injury last night.

It leaves open the good possibility seventh-round pick Kirk Barton makes the roster.

The Bears could also choose to keep interior lineman Anthony Oakley with guard Terrence Metcalf still rehabbing his way back from arthroscopic surgery on his right knee.

There's also the chance Fred Miller returns.

We'll know more as the action unfolds today and Saturday.

Stay tuned.
