Kreutz named first Pro Bowl alternate

| 3 Comments | No TrackBacks

Six-time Pro Bowl center is the first alternate for the NFC behind starter Andre Gurode of Dallas and backup Matt Birk of Minnesota.

Kreutz is ahead of his good friend Dominic Raiola, named an alternate from Detroit, and Green Bay's Scott Wells.

I don't think he deserves even alternate status. Was even one good hole opened up the middle all year?

I agree. Srry big guy but i thought it was just grossman but every QB has had trouble with snaps? And as for blocking hes been fine at pass blocking and run blking is only as good as yur whole line!

What a joke!!

In fact, the Bears should draw up plays to give the ball to Kreutz as he seems to know how to avoid defenders.

He should have enough pride to come up with an injury if he's picked; which is highly likely he'll get picked because of an injury.

It seems Kreutz could take the handoff at times because he gets shoved so far back after the snap by the DTs.

If he plays in the gamee, the game should be renamed the Poor Bowl.
