LB Lance Briggs and CB Charles Tillman are both active and expected to start after missing last week's game at Detroit.
LT John Tait is out with a sprained right ankle and will be replaced by John St. Clair.
Inactives for the Bears are: third QB Kyle Orton, CB Nathan Vasher, FB Lousaka Polite, S Josh Gattis, LB Darrell McClover, LT John Tait, WR Mike Hass and Dt Antonio Garay.
For Green Bay, inactives are CB Will Blackmon, RB Brandon Jackson, LB Desmond Bishop, OT Orrin Thompson, G Allen Barbre, DT Colin Cole, DT Daniel Muir and DE Michael Montgomery.
With the injury to Tait, rookie G Josh Beekman is active for the first time.
