DT Tommie Harris was participating in the beginning of practice Friday at Halas Hall with a brace on his left knee.
LB Lance Briggs (hamstring) remained out.
The rest of the injured list:
RT Fred Miller returned to practice for the first day this week with a brace on his right knee. LG Ruben Brown (left ankle) was also on the practice field for the first time this week.
CB's Charles Tillman (right ankle) and Nathan Vasher (groin) were out again. The Sun-Times first reported this week that they will miss Sunday's game at Detroit.
MLB Brian Urlacher was also held out of practice again, something that is becoming a routine on Fridays.
