I don't want to sound offensive because that's not where I'm coming from but I just wanted to know something. Why on earth would Ryan Seacrest not shave for this occasion. I'm sure the scruff looks great in person as does he, but on camera it looks dirty. Certain angles make it look worse. I'm sorry Ryan but you should have shaved!!
