A few more announcements today regarding the "Grammy Nominations Concert Live!!" TV event coming up Dec. 3. In addition to the previously announced lineup, Mariah Carey is now scheduled to perform on the show, and much ballyhooed country phenom Taylor Swift is now on board as a co-host.
The one-hour special is this year's way to jazz up the Grammys and generate some interest. Usually, nominations are announced at an early morning ceremony attended and watched by only industry insiders. The TV special will feature performances sprinkled with a few announcements of nominees in the big categories.
The show's at 8 p.m. Dec. 3 on CBS.
