Lineup set to announce Grammy noms

| | Comments (0) | TrackBacks (0)

The Grammy nomination announcements are a bit of a party — even though they occur at the crack of dawn. This year's nominations will be announced next week, Dec. 7, by a slate of music stars: Mary J. Blige, James Blunt, Chris Brown, Josh Groban, Evanescence's Amy Lee, Ludacris, Corinne Bailey Rae, Rascal Flatts, Justin Timberlake and KT Tunstall. There's even a performance at the event by Las Vegas-based Mosaic, a six-piece vocal group that "pushes the boundaries of the human voice." It all happens in Hollywood, Calif., and — inexplicably — there's no webcast. But cable TV networks CNN and E! will be covering it live, as will XM Satellite Radio, and the nominations will pop up immediately on the Grammy Web site.
