Never learned how to make Thanksgiving dinner? Or want to make it a little fancier this year?

Alliance Francaise, 54 W. Chicago, will teach you how to make a Thanksgiving dinner the French way. You'll learn how to "French-ify" turkey, along with butternut squash soup, a root vegetable gratin and an apple pie.

The class will run on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission is $70 or $80 plus a $15 materials fee.
