Tom Hanks drops 'F-bomb' on 'Good Morning America'

Oops. "Good Morning America" host Elizabeth Vargas had no idea what she was getting into when she prodded actor Tom Hanks to do the English accent of a character from his new movie "Cloud Atlas" during the show's live broadcast Friday. morning.

Ever the consummate actor, Hanks got a little too into character and dropped the 'F-bomb.'

The camera pans to Vargas who apologized, saying, "We are so sorry, 'Good Morning America.'"

Hanks also looked embarrassed and apologized, admitting, "I have never done that before."
