It was a night of surprise announcements on "Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars." First came the news that Paula Abdul would guest star on Oct. 15 as one of the judges for the hit series.
That was followed about a half-hour later by the news that for the first time ever, the celebs next week (also the 15th) will pick the dance styles for each other.
Will they be cruel or kind? Hey, there IS a mirrorball trophy at stake, isn't there?
