Smashing Pumpkins lead singer Billy Corgan is being sued by "Grey's Anatomy" Eric Dane and Dane's wife actress Rebecca Gayheart because a tree from his property fell on his neighbor Dane's house, the suit says. The couple claim the tree could have injured or killed then-pregnant Gayheart.
