Bronzeville Art District Trolley Tour on Friday

Get to know Bronzeville art district by taking a trolley. This Friday, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., Bronzeville Art District Trolley Tour will take its riders on landmark sites and educate them on the arts scene there.

The trolleys will run between the following locations throughout the night allowing riders to board and get off at any location: Faie African Art Gallery, 1005 E. 43rd St; Gallery Guichard, 3521 S. King Drive; and South Side Community Art Center, 3831 S. Michigan Ave.

At Faie, "The Bronzeville Age," featuring 10 artists, will be shown. The 2012 Bombay Sapphire Artisan Series, featuring artists selected from 550 submissions, will be held at the Gallery Guichard. And there will also be events held at the South Side art center. Food will also be served.
