Barbra Streisand, in town for her big concert at the United Center tonight, took time out to catch daughter-in-law Diane Lane starring in "Sweet Bird of Youth" at the Goodman Theatre Thursday night. (Lane is married to actor Josh Brolin, the son of Streisand's hubby Josh Brolin).
Lane had been sidelined for two performances due to laryngitis (Wednesday night's performance was cancelled, while actress Natasha Lowe filled in for the Wednesday matinee) but returned for the Thursday night show.
"Sweet Bird of Youth" runs through Sunday at the theater.
